Q. What are your office hours?
A. Our office is open 8 am. to 5 pm. - Monday to Saturday, we are closed Sundays and statutory holidays!
Q. When can I access my locker?
A. Your yard access hours are 7 am. to 8 pm. every day except Christmas day, we are closed!
Q. Do you supply a padlock for my locker door?
A. You can purchase a lock from us or supply your own, this way, you have the only key!
Q. Will I have to sign a lease?
A. We require a month to month rental agreement to be signed, this protects you as well as us!
Q. Will storage staff help me move into my space?
A. We only provide storage, however our facility has 7 one floor buildings. You drive right to your door and unload your goods, no stairs, no elevators, no long halls, its very easy!
We would be happy to provide you with the phone numbers of independent movers!
Q. Will you invoice me monthly?
A. Rent is always due on the first day of each month, however we realize that some of our independent business customers require an invoice for tax purposes, we try to accomodate this need!
Q. Will you accept deliveries for me?
A. If you leave a key in our office, we direct deliveries to your locker at no cost to you!
Q. How high are your lockers?
A. Six buildings are 8’ feet high, one building is 11’ feet high!
Q. What are your door sizes?
A. They vary in size, swing door is 2’ 10” wide X 6’ 11” high, small roll up is 3’ 3” wide X 6’ 7” high, large roll up is 7’ 11” wide X 6’ 7” high, giant roll up is 7’ 11” wide X 8’ 11” high
Q. Do you allow business storage or only house goods?
A. Both, we like to accomodate everyone we can, we have a great location, close to everything!
Q. How do I know what size locker I need?
A. We have 25 different sizes to accomodate any need, we can advise you of your needs!
Q. Do you supply insurance for my goods?
A. No, we are not in the insurance business, we leave that to the professionals!
Q. Can I store my car?
A. Yes you can, we also have space for your boat, RV, canoe and your kayak!
Q. What about security?
A. We offer live-in management, perimeter alarm system, video monitoring, and controlled gate access!
Q. Are your lockers climate controlled?
A. Two of our buildings are heated, we charge a small extra fee for this service!
Q. How long can I store my goods?
A. Stay as long as you need to, we have been providing trustworthy service since 1973!
